The Northeast Region is proud to annouce the promotion of two Assistant General Managers to General Manager! Patricia MacPhail of Hampton Inn Bedford/Burlington and Sean Riccard from the Courtyard by Marriott Providence/Lincoln have both been promoted to GM.
Patty began her career with Buffalo Lodging as the Front Office Manager for the Bedford property and was later promoted to the Assistant General Manager, her most recent position.
Sean began his career with Buffalo Lodging as the Assistant General Manager for the Marriott Courtyard in Lincoln Rhode Island where he has worked during the past year. He is now the General Manager for Hampton Inn Coventry, Rhode Island.

The ground is set, the hotel is almost finished being constructed, and now the Northeast region is proud to announce the first operational steps in the process of opening our new Hampton Inn in Enfield, CT. We have hired a GM & a DOS from right here in the BLA family! Congratulations to John Breda and Tammy Boland who were the GM & DOS team at the Windsor Hampton on their new roles as GM & DOS of the soon-to-open Hampton Inn in Enfield, CT. Both John and Tammy are seasoned leaders within Buffalo Lodging as well as within the Hampton Inn brand. They make a great team and we look forward to seeing the future successes they will have as they go through the opening and ramp up process in Enfield.

Congratulations go out to Kristen Doherty as she joins our Human Resources team in Stoughton in her new position of Regional Human Resources Manager, Northeast Region. Kristen brings several years of hotel management experience to her new position, including two years of general management experience from her time at Hampton Inn Coventry. "She has demonstrated a strong commitment to HR management at the property level, and I have no doubt Kristen will continue to do the same at the regional level", stated Angie Castera, Corporate Human Resources Director.
